This is a practical template and must be checked against AutoSkool’s real booking and cancellation practices before publication.

Eligibility

Pupils must hold the appropriate valid licence, meet the legal eyesight standard and disclose anything that may affect their lawful or safe ability to drive.

Bookings and payment

A lesson is confirmed only when accepted by AutoSkool. Prices, payment timing and collection arrangements should be agreed before the lesson.

Cancellations

Pupils must provide the stated minimum notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Where insufficient notice is given, the lesson may be charged unless exceptional circumstances are accepted by AutoSkool.

Fitness to drive

Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, when dangerously tired, or where illness or medication makes driving unsafe. The instructor may end a lesson where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.

Vehicle and conduct

Instructions intended to maintain safety must be followed. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will not be accepted.

Tests

Use of the tuition car for a practical test is subject to prior agreement, vehicle availability and the instructor being satisfied that the pupil can drive safely. Test fees are normally separate. No test result is guaranteed.

Block bookings and refunds

Any expiry period, discount, transfer restriction or refund calculation for prepaid lessons must be confirmed at purchase. Lessons already delivered are not refundable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. AutoSkool is not responsible for test cancellations, traffic disruption or events outside reasonable control.
